Ordered a 2018 VW Passat but he drove up with approx 2005 honda civic with a crack in the front window that went straight across. After refusing a bad deal he offered a Audi A5 for a hire price by about 180€ that had several life threatening issues.

I rented for two weeks and it was a solid experience overall. The process was straightforward, the car was ready when promised, and I had no real headaches during the rental. It did what I needed for the full two weeks, so I’d use the service again.
